Crime Watch: 7/14-7/15

BULLHEAD CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT:

DRUG PARAPHERNALIA/NO LICENSE—Angel Jose Perez Ahumada, 19, was cited and released on July 14 in the 600 block of Marina Boulevard. Police conducted a traffic stop on Ahumada for reportedly not having a license plate light. The officer reportedly could smell marijuana and there was a pipe in his possession. He was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and no valid driver’s license, cited and released.

WARRANT—Charles W. Milligan, 49, was arrested on July 14 in the area of Bermuda Drive and Morro Drive on a felony warrant for failure to pay fines. He was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kignman.

WARRANT—Kyle Christopher Michael Kingman Smith, 24, was arrested on July 14 in the area of Colorado Boulevard and Marina Boulevard on a misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.

WARRANT—Jonmarc Pierre Quinn, 38, was arrested on July 14 in the 900 block of San Juan Drive on two misdemeanor warrants for failure to pay fines and contempt of court. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.

SUSPENDED LICENSE—Cara Justice, 39, was cited and released on July 14 in the area of Riviera Boulevard and Surf Spray Drive on suspicion of driving on a suspended driver’s license. Police were called to the area for a non-injury accident. Records check reportedly showed her license to be suspended.

OPERATING WATERCRAFT UNDER THE INFLUENCE—Carlos Daniel Burgos, was arrested on July 14 in the 600 block of Highway 95 (on the Colorado River) on suspicion of operating a watercraft under the influence. After further investigation, he cited and released on suspicion of OUI, reckless operation and underage consumption.

WARRANT—Bryan Christopher Morgan, 38, was arrested on July 15 at the intersection of Coronado Drive and Marina Boulevard on a warrant for contempt of court issued out of Lake Havasu City. Police reportedly noticed Morgan fail to stop for a stop sign on his bicycle and conducted a traffic stop. In addition, Robert Anthony Wells, 42, was arrested in the 900 block of Sandy Beach Drive on a warrant for failure to appear after police reportedly dropped off Morgan’s bike to his roommate. Both were taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.

WARRANT—Rafael Carrasquillo, 48, was arrested on July 15 in the 1700 block of Colorado Boulevard on a misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.

WARRANT—Shannon Lynn Jarboe, 40, was arrested on July 15 in the 2300 block of Acoma Drive on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear. She was taken to the Mohave County jail.

ASSAULT/DISORDERLY CONDUCT—McKayla Paige Scott, 20, was arrested on July 15 in the 2700 block of Broadmoor Drive on suspicion of assault per domestic violence and disorderly conduct per domestic violence. A male victim reported getting in an argument with his girlfriend, identified as McKayla Scott. It was reported she was yelling/cussing at him. When he started recording her behavior on his cellphone, she reportedly attacked him, causing a scratch to his face. She was taken to the Mohave County jail.

WARRANT—Kevin John Pace Jr, 34, was arrested on July 15 in the 800 block of Hancock Road on a misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.

WARRANT—Alex Richard Brown, 28, was arrested on July 15 at the intersection of Clearwater Drive and Swan Drive on a felony warrant for pre-adjudication. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.
