BULLHEAD CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT:
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE—Griselda Cox, 42, was arrested on August 11 in the 1100 block of Gemstone Avenue on suspicion of driving under the influence. A witness reported approaching Cox who was reportedly sleeping at the wheel at Lakeside and Baseline Drive. When the witness approached her, she sped off, showing signs of DUI. When police contacted her, a DUI investigation was conducted, blood drawn at Western Arizona Regional Medical Center and was later given a ride home after being booked at the Bullhead City Police Department.
ASSAULT/DISORDERLY CONDUCT— Aaron Matthew Gutierrez, 33, was arrested on August 11 in the area of Riverview Drive on suspicion of assault per domestic violence and disorderly conduct per domestic violence. An officer reportedly noticed a man, later identified as Gutierrez assault a female. Gutierrez and his finance were reportedly Regatta participants and were walking towards the busses. He appeared to be under the influence of alcohol and was subsequently arrested. Gutierrez was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.
ASSAULT/DISORDERLY CONDUCT—A 14-year-old boy was arrested on August 11 in the 2100 block of Clearwater Drive on suspicion of assault per domestic violence and disorderly conduct. It was reported the boy was angry that his mother didn’t let him play video games for longer than two hours. The argument escalated and he reportedly became very disorderly, kicked his mother and grabbed a kitchen knife. He was booked into Juvenile Detention Center in Kingman.
CRIMINAL DAMAGE/DISORDERLY CONDUCT—Blake Steven La Rue, 31, was arrested on August 12 in the 1600 block of Havasupai Drive on suspicion of criminal damage and disorderly conduct, both per domestic violence. A female victim reported her ex-boyfriend started banging at her door and told him to leave. He then reportedly broke her apartment window. La Rue left the scene prior to police arriving, but was later found and taken to the Mohave County jail.
AGGRAVATED ASSAULT/DISORDERLY CONDUCT—Daniel James Fordham, 20, was arrested on August 12 in the 1700 block of Arriba Drive on suspicion of aggravated assault per domestic violence, preventing use of telephone in an emergency per domestic violence and disorderly conduct per domestic violence. Police responded to the area for a domestic violence call where a female victim she had gotten into an argument with her boyfriend, Fordham. The argument turned physical and he reportedly strangled her several times and fought over a phone when she tried to dial 911. He was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.
WARRANT/DRUGS—John Christopher Warner, 30, was arrested on August 13 in the area of Hancock Road and Clearwater Drive on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of narcotic drugs and on a misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear. During a reported search of Warner, police located in his backpack some heroin and drug paraphernalia items that included a pipe, syringes and a spoon. Warner was also booked on burglary charges relating to a residential burglary case from April where his prints were reportedly found. He was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.
VIOLATION OF PROTECTION ORDER—Jessica Christine Irvin, 39, was arrested on August 13 on suspicion of violating an order of protection. Irvin reportedly made contact with her father, who has the protection order. She was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.
WARRANT—Gerald Kenneth Safran, 69, was arrested on August 13 in the 600 block of Highway 95 on a post-adjudication warrant issued out of Kingman. He was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.
ASSAULT/DISORDERLY CONDUCT—Robert Donald Feil, 63, was arrested on August 13 in the 2100 block of Highway 95 on suspicion of assault per domestic violence and disorderly conduct per domestic violence. Police state Feil reportedly came to Feil’s Jewelers to get some property he wanted from his sister. He reportedly became disruptive and pushed a male victim, who is his brother-in-law. He was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.
WARRANT—Ryan William Shean, 29, was arrested on August 13 at the intersection of Talc Road and Talc Way on a misdemeanor warrant for failure to pay fines. He was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.
UNDERAGE CONSUMPTION ALCOHOL/CRIMINAL DAMAGE—A 16-year-old male was arrested on August 13 in the 1700 block of Arrowhead Drive on suspicion of underage consumption of alcohol, criminal damage per domestic violence and disorderly conduct per domestic violence. Police were called to the Arrowhead drive home for a reported disorderly subject. It was reported the juvenile got into an argument with his father and broke some items. He was taken to the Mohave County Juvenile Detention Facility in Kingman.
