BULLHEAD CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT:
CHILD ABUSE—Misty Anne Dyer, 32, was arrested on August 18 in the 400 block of Malibu Drive on suspicion of child abuse per domestic violence. Police report Dyer had a couple taking care of her child while she was in jail. However, Dyer reportedly failed to pick up the child when she was released. She was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.
DRUG PARAPHERNALIA—Frances Marie Lindsay, 42, was arrested on August 18 in the 1400 block of Mirada Drive on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia. Police were called to the area and made contact with Lindsay on a reported trespassing call. During a search, police reportedly found syringes in her purse. She was cited and released with a promise to appear in court at a later date.
WARRANTS—Michael Ray Newell, Jr., 38, was arrested on August 18 in the area of Paseo De Playa and Hancock Road on warrants for failure to appear, possession of marijuana and a pre-adjudication warrant. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.
DOG AT LARGE/LICENSE—Yesenia Carrillo, 40, was arrested on August 19 in the 1600 block of River Gardens Drive on suspicion of having a dog at large and no license. She was cited and released at the scene with a promise to appear in court at a later date.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT/CRIMINAL DAMAGE—Jay Wesley Nicholas, 48, was arrested on August 20 in the 300 block of Lee Avenue on suspicion of disorderly conduct per domestic violence and criminal damage per domestic violence. It was reported that Nicholas had gotten into an argument with his brother, who was also his roommate, and was screaming profanities. He reportedly damaged some walls during the incident. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.
WARRANT—Adam Leroy Dennis, 44, was arrested on August 20 in the 1700 block of Bluebonnet Boulevard on a misdemeanor warrant for a probation violation. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.
WARRANT—Brian Arnold Ricketts, 60, was arrested on August 20 in the 1300 block of Riverview Drive on an outstanding fugitive of justice warrant issued out of San Luis Obispo, California. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.
SHOPLIFTING—Jessica Dawn Pratt, 38, was arrested on August 20 in the 1400 block of Horseshoe Lane on suspicion of shoplifting, resisting arrest, possession of drug paraphernalia, dangerous drugs and narcotic drugs. Police responded to Walmart for a reported shoplifter who reportedly ran from the store. A female matching the description of the shoplifter was located nearby in the 2600 block of Highway 95. Police made contact with the female, identified as Pratt, who than allegedly darted across traffic on the highway. She was later contacted by police at the Horseshoe Lane address where she was taken into custody. Police reportedly uncovered the stolen dish set reportedly stolen from Walmart (valued at $148). A pan set was not found. She was taken to the Mohave County jail.
WARRANT—Rochell Nicole Petitt, 31, was arrested on August 20 in the 100 block of Tanglewood Lane on suspicion of possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana for sale, possession of drug paraphernalia for sale and a misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear. Police reportedly uncovered 18 separate baggies of marijuana, packaged in a manner that is consistent with sales inside Petitt’s purse. In addition, a marijuana pipe with burnt residue, syringe with residue, other syringes and unknown pills were found. She was taken to the Mohave County jail.
WARRANTS/DRUGS—William David Jaimes, 31, and Brittaney Rae O’Campo, 24, were arrested on August 21 in intersection of Coronado Drive and River Gardens Drive. Jaimes was arrested on a misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear. O’campo was arrested on suspicion of possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. In her backpack, police reportedly found a syringe with residue and some meth (about 0.4 grams). Both were taken to the Mohave County jail.
TRESPASSING—Rocky Wayne McCard, 25, was arrested on August 21 in the 1900 block of Rio Vista Road on suspicion of trespassing. A female victim reported an unknown man came into her residence. She started screaming and her boyfriend detained the man, lated identified as McCard, until police arrived. McCard reportedly came in the residence, acting to be under the influence of drugs, and was asking for his dad. No one in the residence knew who he was. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT—Rafael Carrasquillo, 48, was arrested on August 21 in the 1700 block of Colorado Boulevard on suspicion of disorderly conduct. He was reportedly yelling profanities and throwing things in the residence. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT—Daniel Raymond Branch 56, was arrested on August 21 in the 400 block of Long Avenue on suspicion of disorderly conduct. A victim reported that Branch was yelling at her and causing a disturbance in front of other tenants. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.
