BULLHEAD CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT:

AGGRAVATED HARASSMENT/BURGLARY—Michael Gordon Brown, 20, was arrested on August 2 in the area of Marina Boulevard and Riviera Boulevard on suspicion of violating an order of protection per domestic violence, aggravated harassment per domestic violence, burglary per domestic violence, criminal damage per domestic violence and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police were called to the 1900 block of Riverbend Circle for an order of protection violation. The victim reported her grandson, identified as Brown, had reportedly come to the protected address and attempted to gain entry, causing damage to the door. When contacted by police he had reportedly had a marijuana pipe in his pocket. He was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.

WARRANT—Bryan Dean Whipple, 42, was arrested on August 2 in the 600 Block of Highway 95 on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.

THREATENING/INTIMIDATING—A 16-year-old juvenile was arrested on August 2 in the 1300 block of Dorado Circle on suspicion of threatening and intimidating per domestic violence. Police responded to a verbal domestic violence report on Dorado Circle where it was reported that the juvenile had made violent threats and comments online toward his sister. He was booked and released. In addition, Ashlyn Heather Samson, 18, was arrested on a misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear. She was taken to Mohave County jail.

THEFT—Tracy Lynn Gardner, 46, was arrested on August 3 in the 1100 block of Copper Drive on theft of services. A cab driver reported giving Gardner a ride from Laughlin and then she left the cab without paying for the fare. She was taken to the Mohave County jail.

DRUGS—Tina Marie Samson, 27, and Fred Timothy King, 58, were arrested on August 3 in the 300 block of Lee Avenue on suspicion of arrested for possession of dangerous drugs (meth), possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police state they made contact with Samson and King after getting an anonymous tip regarding possible narcotic activity.
