BULLHEAD CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT:
WARRANT—Arthur Wayne Williams, 33, was arrested on August 22 in the 1000 block of Hancock Road on a misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear.
SPEEDING—Randy James Barker, 60, was arrested on August 22 in the area of Highway 68 on suspicion of excessive speed. He was reportedly driving 88 miles per hour in a 55 miles per hour zone. Barker was cited and released at the scene with a promise to appear in court at a later date.
ASSAULT/DISORDERLY CONDUCT—Armondo Dwayne Buckley, 32, was arrested on August 22 in the 900 block of Captains Cove on suspicion of assault per domestic violence and disorderly conduct per domestic violence. Buckley allegedly assaulted his younger brother and his stepmother during a reported family argument.
PARK CLOSURE VIOLATION—Pauline Mary Hubbard, 59, was cited and released on August 23 in the 2200 block of Trane Road on suspicion of being in a city park after hours. Police contacted Hubbard at Ken Fovargue Park after park hours. She was released at the scene with a promise to appear in court at a later date.
PROTECTION ORDER VIOLATION—David Wayne Recotta, 55, was arrested on August 23 in the 300 block of Swan Drive on suspicion of violating a court order. A victim reported her ex-boyfriend had contacted her employment via telephone. He was later released.
WARRANT—Lyssa Dynelle Norton, 56, was arrested on August 23 in the 1600 block of Highway 95 on misdemeanor warrant for failure to pay fines. Norton was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.
WARRANT—Joseph Kyle Connell, 53, was arrested on August 23 in the 1600 block of Highway 95 on a felony warrant for failure to appear. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.
WARRANT—Michael Lynn Begley III, 20, was arrested on August 23 in the 1500 block of Montclair Drive. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT/ASSAULT—Stella Ramirez, 57, was arrested on August 23 in the 1800 block of El Monte Drive on suspicion of disorderly conduct per domestic violence and assault per domestic violence. Ramirez reportedly struck her boyfriend in his knee while operating a motor vehicle, causing injury during an argument over money issues. She was taken to the Mohave County jail.
WEAPONS/UNLAWFUL FLIGHT—Darren Raa Hooten, 22, was arrested on August 23 in the area of Ramar Road and Sierra Vista Drive on suspicion of possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, prohibited possessor of a weapon, possession of a defaced weapon (serial number was tampered with), misconduct involving weapons, unlawful flight from pursing law enforcement and driving on a suspended driver’s license. Police reportedly saw Hooten’s vehicle speeding on Ramar and attempted a traffic stop. The vehicle failed to stop and accelerated. Then the driver, identified as Hooten, got out of the vehicle and ran from police. Wooten who is a prohibited possessor of firearms reportedly had two firearms in his possession as well as 0.7 grams of heroin. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.
NARCOTIC DRUGS—Jesse Malayo Martin, 25, was arrested on August 23 in the area of Oliver Street and Patillo Drive on suspicion of possession of dangerous drugs, possession of narcotic drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police contacted Martin on a suspicious activity report. During a search, Martin reportedly had around a gram of meth, some prescription pills and around a gram of heroin in his possession. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.
WARRANT—Angel Jose Perez Ahumada, 19, was arrested on August 24 in the 700 block of Baseline Road on a misdemeanor warrant out for failure to appear.
