BULLHEAD CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT:

FIGHT/MINOR CONSUMPTION—Jonathan Daniel Cabanillas, 20, and Christian Cervantes, 19, were cited and released on Sept. 1 in the 1000 block of Chaparral Drive on suspicion of minor consumption of alcohol. Police were initially called for a report of a fight but when police made contact with both men, they were reportedly showing signs of intoxication. Both were cited and released after further investigation.

SPEEDING/SUSPENDED LICENSE—Samuel Alex Santiago, 31, was cited and released on Sept. 1 on the Bullhead Parkway on suspicion of speeding and driving on a suspended driver’s license.

TRESPASSING—Joseph Anthony Oteri, 24, was arrested on Sept. 1 in the 400 block of Lee Avenue on suspicion of trespassing. Oteri had been previously trespassed from this location and warned that he’d be arrested if he returned to the hotel. He was taken to the Mohave County jail into Kingman.

EXCESSIVE SPEED—John James Bresnahan Zeinaty, 19, was cited and released on Sept. 1 on the Bullhead Parkway on suspicion for excessive speeding.

WARRANT—Gianna Devon Lightfoot, 41, was arrested on Sept. 1 in the 1500 block of Jose Avenue on a misdemeanor warrant out of the Bullhead City Municipal Court for dog at large.

ASSAULT/DISORDERLY CONDUCT—David Lee McGilbra, 34, was arrested on Sept. 1 in the 300 block of Lee Ave on suspicion of assault per domestic violence and disorderly conduct per domestic violence. A victim reported that her husband, McGilbra, had thrown a chair at her head during an argument. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.

WARRANT—Horacio Castro Rubio, 42, was arrested on Sept. 2 in the 1200 block of Hancock Road on a misdemeanor pre-adjudication warrant. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT—Mirna Elizabeth Frias Lopez, 39, was arrested on Sept. 2 in the 1800 block of Surf Cove for disorderly conduct per domestic violence. It was reported that Frias Lopez got into an argument with her boyfriend. In the officers’ presence, Frias Lopez continued to act disorderly toward her boyfriend and even attempted to strike him. She was taken to the Mohave County jail.

WARRANT—Kimberly Lynne Egan Jacquez, 39, was arrested on Sept. 2 in the 400 block of Lee Avenue on warrant. Police were called to the area for a reported domestic violence report after she reportedly got into a verbal argument with her husband. She was taken to the Mohave County jail.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE—Joann Colwell, 59, was cited and released on Sept. 2 in the 800 block of Palo Verde Drive for driving under the influence. Police reportedly pulled over her vehicle due to severe mechanical issues while driving on Hancock. After further investigation, it was determined the driver, Colwell, was reportedly under the influence. She was taken to Western Arizona Regional Medical Center for a blood draw and later released.

WARRANT—Elizabeth Rodriguez, 38, was arrested on Sept. 2 in the area of Hancock Road and Yale Drive on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant out of the Bullhead City Municipal Court for failure to pay fines. She was taken to the Mohave County jail.

WARRANT—Daniel Raymond Branch, 56, was arrested on Sept. 3 in the 400 block of Lee Avenue on a misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear.

WARRANT—Larry Dean Wilson, 50, was arrested on Sept. 3 at the intersection of Rio Grande Road and Nevada Drive on a misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear out of the Kingman City Court. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.

WARRANT—Joseph Michael Curtis, 37, was arrested on Sept. 4 in the 900 block of Riverview Drive on a felony warrant for failure to appear. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.

WARRANT/DRUGS/CONTRABAND—Andrew Hernandez, 24, was arrested on Sept. 5 in the area of Malibu Drive and Balboa Drive on a misdemeanor warrant for failure to pay fines. Before entering booking, he was warned about bringing contraband into a jail facility. He said he didn’t have anything, however, police later reportedly found a baggie of heroin and a cut straw (paraphernalia) in his possession. He was additionally arrested for possession of narcotic drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, and promoting prison contraband. Hernandez was taken to the Mohave County jail.

WARRANT—Steven Brack Williams, 60, was arrested on Sept. 5 in the 2300 block of Castle Rock Circle on a misdemeanor warrant for reckless driving. He was held for court.

WARRANT—Joshua Daniel Walters, 25, was arrested on Sept. 5 in the 2100 block of Clearwater Drive on a misdemeanor warrant for failure to pay fines. He was seen by a judge and later released.

PUBLIC NUISANCE—Three male juveniles were cited and released on Sept. 5 in the 900 block of Brill Drive on suspicion of public nuisance. On August 12 around 4:30 a.m., police were called to a report of suspicious activity in the Brill Drive area. Officers could see freshly smashed raw eggs running down a garage door. A residence /driveway had been “egged” and a bottle of urine was also reportedly found – believed to have been splashed over parked vehicles. The three juvenile suspects——ages 13, 14, 17—were interviewed. The boys washed the vehicles as requested by one of the victim’s, who didn’t request prosecution. Another other victim who lives in the area later desired prosecution and on Sept. 4 they were cited and released.

SUSPENDED LICENSE—Heather Bennett, 40, was cited and released on Sept. 5 in the 900 block of Highway 95 on suspicion of driving on a suspended driver’s license.
