BULLHEAD CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT:
DISORDERLY CONDUCT/UNLAWFUL DISCHARGE OF A FIREARM—Vincent Angelo Capellanio, 21, was arrested on Sept. 29 in the 1400 block of Park Lane on suspicion of disorderly conduct and unlawful discharge of a firearm. It was reported that Capellanio was experiencing hallucinations and he believed people were coming up through the floor. Capellanio allegedly discharged a weapon inside the residence. Police confirmed there were no actual intruders inside the home. He was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.
DANGEROUS DRUGS/PARAPHERNALIA—Arthur Wayne Williams, 33, was arrested on Sept. 29 in the 800 block of Hancock Road on suspicion of possession of dangerous drugs and drug paraphernalia. Police contacted Williams for a report of someone smoking a possible drug behind a business. Williams was contacted where he was reportedly smoking meth. He was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.
ASSAULT/DISORDERLY CONDUCT—William Lavern Swartz, 56, was arrested on Sept. 29 in the 1200 block of Highway 95 on suspicion of assault and disorderly conduct. During an event, it was reported that Swartz was acting disruptive, yelling profanities, acting aggressive and getting into people’s faces while at Community Park. He also reportedly shoved a cart that contained his belongings into an event volunteer’s legs. Swartz was taken to the Mohave County jail.
DANGEROUS DRUGS/PARAPHERNALIA—Brittany Star Mann, 23, was arrested on Sept. 29 in the 1400 block of Verde Drive on suspicion of possession of dangerous drugs, possession of dangerous drugs for sale, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police responded to a residence off Verde Drive for a residential burglary report. While inside the residence, police reportedly saw several illegal drug items. A total of 13.2 grams was located, as well as three digital scales and other paraphernalia, and around 1.7 grams of marijuana. Mann was taken to the Mohave County jail.
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE/CRIMINAL DAMAGE—Xavier Elia Perry, 46, was arrested on Sept. 29 in the 500 block of Ramar Road on suspicion of disorderly conduct per domestic violence, criminal damage per DV, and possession of drug paraphernalia. It was reported that Perry got into a verbal altercation with his girlfriend and reportedly threw something at the wall and caused damage to the screen door by pulling it off. When he was taken into custody for the domestic violence incident, a meth pipe was allegedly found in his pocket. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.
WARRANT—Alicia Leontina McLaughlin, 20, was arrested on Sept. 30 in the 300 block of Lee Avenue on a misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear. She was taken to the Mohave County jail.
CRIMINAL DAMAGE—Christopher Allen Stout, 37, was arrested on Sept. 30 in the 1100 block of Juanita Lane on suspicion of criminal damage. It was reported Christopher had reportedly displaced and damaged items within the residence. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.
SHOPLIFTING/TRESPASSING—Colleen Ruth Kolodzey, 68, was arrested on Sept. 30 at Walmart on suspicion of shoplifting and trespassing. Employees reported Kolodzey allegedly concealed some items in her purse and failed to pay for them. She had previously been trespassed from the store. Kolodzey was cited and released from the scene with a promise to appear in court at a later date.
WARRANT—Michael Anthony Barra, 23, was arrested on Sept. 30 at the Bullhead City Police Department lobby on a misdemeanor warrant for theft. Police say Barra came to the police department lobby to turn himself in on the warrant. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.
CRIMINAL TRESPASSING/WARRANT—Lyndsay Leanne Wooten, 26, was arrested on Sept. 30 in the 2100 block of De Rey Drive on suspicion of criminal trespassing and a misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear. A victim reported Wooten was inside his residence and she did not have permission to be. She was taken to the Mohave County jail.
WARRANT—John David West, 62, was arrested on Sept. 30 in the 2700 block of Silver Creek Road on a felony warrant for failure to appear. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT/CRIMINAL DAMAGE—Kyle Nathaniel Loe, 25, was arrested on Sept. 30 in the 300 block of River Glen Drive on suspicion of disorderly conduct per domestic violence, criminal damage per domestic violence and preventing the use of a telephone in an emergency. Loe’s girlfriend reported they got into an argument where he reportedly took her phone from her. She reportedly locked herself in the bedroom and he kicked open the door. She ran to a neighbor’s house for help. Loe was taken to the Mohave County jail.
WARRANT—Ryan James Price, 46, was arrested on Oct. 1 in the 1900 block of Robson Circle on a felony warrant for possession of dangerous drugs. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.
WARRANT/DUI/EXTREME DUI—Scott Allen Osborne, 51, was arrested on Oct. 1 at the intersection of Third Street and Highway 95 on suspicion of failure to appear misdemeanor warrant, driving under the influence, extreme DUI with a blood alcohol content of .20 percent or greater, false information to police, possession of an open alcohol container in a vehicle and consumption of alcohol in the passenger compartment of the vehicle. When officers contacted the driver, later identified as Osborne, they began a DUI investigation. Osborne was also cited for speeding, no proof of insurance and no current registration. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.
ASSAULT/DISORDERLY CONDUCT—Albert Lee Braun, 42, was arrested on Oct. 1 in the 1400 block of Orilla Lane on suspicion of assault per domestic violence and disorderly conduct per domestic violence. It was reported that Braun had gotten into an argument with his wife and allegedly punched her in her face, causing visible injuries. Braun was taken to the Mohave County jail.
WARRANT—Felix Albarran, 28, was arrested on Oct. 2 in the 800 block of Holly Street on a misdemeanor warrant for assault per domestic violence and disorderly conduct per domestic violence. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.
FAILURE TO STOP FOR A CRASH—Davey Wayne Jauch, 65, was cited and released on Oct. 2 on suspicion of failure to stop and give his information at a crash. On Sept. 28, police responded to a two-vehicle, hit-and-run motor vehicle accident at the intersection of Whitewater Drive and Rio Grande Road. It was reported that a white Dodge Ram 2500 “dually” pickup fled the scene toward Clearwater Drive. No injuries were reported. On Oct. 1, a man contacted police and said a friend told him that police were looking for him. He said he didn’t realize he hit anything. He said he was reaching for something and thought he hit a pot hole. He contacted police after he heard police were looking for him and he wanted to clear things up. On 10-2, Jauch, 65, was cited and released with a promise to appear in court at a later date.
ROBBERY—Jeffrey Scott Busch Jr., 27, was arrested on Oct. 2 on suspicion of robbery. On Oct. 1, police responded to a robbery report in the 1700 block of Ramar Road after awoman reported her son, Busch, reportedly came into her residence through an open window. She said that she told Busch to leave, but he reportedly told her he just needed to use the restroom. After that, he got into a scuffle with his mother, fighting over her laptop. He then allegedly forcibly took the laptop and ran out of the residence. Busch was later located and taken to the Mohave County jail.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT—Shawn Paul Maloy, 37, was arrested on Oct. 2 in the 800 block of Hancock Road on suspicion of disorderly conduct. Police were called to the Hancock Road area for a trespassing call. It was reported that a man, possibly intoxicated, refused to leave the outside patio area. Police contacted Maloy, who was asked multiple times to wake up. When he finally woke, he reportedly actively resisted police and began acting disorderly. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT—Faith LaVine, 39, was arrested on Oct. 2 in the 1400 block of Orilla Lane on suspicion of disorderly conduct per domestic violence. Family members reported LaVine had been reportedly drinking and was causing problems/yelling/cussing etc. LaVine continued to yell profanities when police were on scene. She was taken to the Mohave County jail.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT—Patrick McGovern, 64, was arrested on Oct. 3 on suspicion of disorderly conduct in the 300 block of Lee Ave. Several witness reported McGovern was reportedly acting disorderly and inappropriately toward family. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.
DUI/EXTREME DUI—Cory Arthur Nicklin, 42, was arrested on Oct. 3 in the 1700 block of Mohave Drive on suspicion of driving under the influence, extreme DUI with blood alcohol content of .15 precent or more and cited for failure to control to avoid an accident and expired registration after police responded to a single vehicle accident. He was later released to a sober driver.
