BULLHEAD CITY–It’s being considered a one-stop shopping experience just in time for finding those last-minute holiday gifts.
The inaugural Holiday Bazaar hosted by Desert Valley Elementary’s Parent-Teacher Organization will kick off Saturday, Dec. 8 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. inside the school’s cafeteria.
Ava Smith, coordinator and first-grade teacher at Desert Valley Elementary, said over 30 vendors will be on hand offering a variety of holiday knick-knacks and much more.
“I am so excited for this event and think it will be a great benefit to our community,” said Smith. “Everyone will have a chance to mingle and shop around for those holiday gifts that are still on your shopping list.”
Another special addition to the event is an appearance by Santa Claus himself. He will be on hand from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
“You can bring you little ones down to meet Santa, take a photo with him and get a candy cane,” she said.
All attendees will receive a raffle ticket for door prizes being drawn at noon. Some of the vendors include Origami Owl, Sam’s Club, Savon Bath Treats, Cookie Lee Jewelry, Crafty Cactus, Gourmet Popcorn and others offering Christmas/Holiday handmade gifts and crafts.
Proceeds from the event help benefit the Desert Valley PTO and their assistance towards student’s needs, projects and field trips.
Desert Valley Elementary School is located at 1066 Marina Boulevard in Bullhead City. All times are Mountain Standard.
