BULLHEAD CITY, AZ., – September 25, 2019- The City of Bullhead City’s Recreation Division is getting ready to serve up another exciting sports tournament. The 2ND  Annual Dink for Pink Pickleball Tournament is being held October 3-5 at the Rotary Park Pickeleball Courts. You can register for the tournament at www.pickleballtournaments.com. Registration is $30 and will close this Friday, September 27. The tournament is for ages 19 and over and will offer three divisions: singles, mixed doubles and doubles.

“Pickleball is one of the fastest growing Recreational activities out there and we are very pleased with the opportunity to host tournaments at our newly built courts at Rotary Park.” Recreation Manager Derek Sendler said. Pickleball combines the elements of tennis, badminton and table tennis and is played on a badminton- sized court using enlarged paddles and a plastic wiffle ball.

We also invite anyone who is interested in learning to play Picklelball to stop by our Pickleball open gym hours offered Monday-Saturday 9 a.m. -12 p.m., Tuesday and Thursday 1:15-3 p.m. and Friday 5:30-8:30 p.m. at the Suddenlink Center for just $2 per person.
