Bullhead City Animal Care and Welfare (ACW) officers are looking for a dog for standard quarantine procedures after a dog bite.

On Wednesday, December 7 at about 11:30 a.m., two people attempted to contain two dogs that were on the Highway near Long Avenue. One woman managed to get a white/grey Husky in her vehicle. Another woman was bit on her hand when she was trying to help the other dog.  The dog is described as a black Pitbull type dog with brown and grey on its muzzle. It was wearing a pink/purple collar with a name tag attached. The Husky did not have a collar and did not bite anyone. The woman later let the Husky out of her vehicle.

ACW patrolled the area but have not located the dog/s. If anyone has any information, please call the non-emergency dispatch number at (928) 763-1999, reference report# 22-37817.
