Bullhead City Animal Care and Welfare (ACW) officers are looking for a dog for standard quarantine procedures after a dog bite.

On Tuesday, Dec. 17th, ACW officers were called to the hospital for a 44-year-old female who was being treated for injuries suffered from a dog bite. The victim reported that at approximately 8:30 a.m., a stray dog bit her on the knee at Community Park.

The dog is described as a black and white Pitbull with a short coat.

ACW officers searched the area, but the dog has not yet been located. If anyone has any information, please call the Bureau of Animal Care and Welfare at (928) 763-6000, reference report# 19-07925.
