Dog Bite

Bullhead City Animal Care and Welfare (ACW) officers are looking for two stray dogs for standard quarantine procedures after a 75-year-old man was bit on his leg.

On Sunday, January 3rd at about 3:30 p.m., a man and his wife were walking in the area of the 1400 block of Terrace Drive when two stray dogs approached them. A large, black shepherd type dog bit the man on his leg and the two dogs then ran away. The second dog is described as a smaller black Labrador mix.

ACW officers searched the area, but the dogs have not yet been located. If anyone has any information, please call the Bureau of Animal Care and Welfare at (928) 763-6000, reference report# 21-00048.
