11:39 am – Police have received a call for a possible domestic violence.

11:42 am – Unidentified Female has become physically aggressive with an older male on scene. It has been reported that the female  attempted multiple times to unplug the older males breathing machine with intent to cause harm.

11:44 am – Police have identified the female and believe she possibly may be Bipolar. Police believe she is experiencing a mental health episode or Schizophrenic episode.
