DRUG SEARCH WARRANTS LEAD TO MULTIPLE FELONY ARRESTS

On November 5th, 2020 starting at approximately 2:00 pm, Detectives with the Mohave Area General Narcotics Enforcement team, a HIDTA initiative and ACJC supported taskforce along with Special agents with the Department of Homeland Security (H.S.I) and Drug Enforcement Administration (D.E.A) executed two search warrants in the Kingman, Arizona area ending a 6 month long investigation. The search warrants were executed in the 400 block of Wilshire Avenue and the 2000 Block of Davis Avenue. During the search warrants, approximately 10 pounds of methamphetamine along with over 500
counterfeit oxycodone pills believed to be made of fentanyl were seized. The main target of the investigation identified as Jesus Sanchez was arrested as he was leaving the residence in the 400 block of Wilshire Avenue.

Joseph Herrera was arrested at the residence on Wilshire after the execution of the search warrant. Prior to the execution of the search warrant in the 2000 block of Davis Avenue, Kyle Huggins along with Rac’cale Blair were observed pulling up to the residence in a vehicle and then leaving with a backpack. A subsequent traffic stop was conducted on their vehicle as Detectives believed they were attempting to move drugs from the residence prior to it being discovered. A Kingman Police Department K9 responded to the traffic stop and conducted an investigation alerting to the odor of narcotics inside the vehicle. A search of the vehicle resulted in a large quantity of methamphetamine and counterfeit oxycodone pills believed to be made of fentanyl being seized. After the execution of the search warrant in the 2000 block of Davis Avenue Cheri Green was located and arrested for her involvement in the case. In total the street value of the methamphetamine is approximately $448,000. The street value of the counterfeit oxycodone pills is over $10,000.

Jesus Manuel Sanchez, 45, of Kingman, was booked into the Mohave County
Jail for the following charges: Poss. Dangerous Drugs for sale, Poss. Narcotic
Drugs for sale.

Joseph Michael Herrera, 49, of Kingman, was booked into the Mohave County
Jail on the following charges: Poss. Dangerous Drugs for sale, Poss. Narcotic
Drugs for sale.

Rac’cale Blair, 33, of Kingman was booked into Mohave County Jail on the
following charges: Poss. Dangerous Drugs for sale, Transportation of dangerous
drugs for sale, Poss. Narcotic Drugs for sale, Transport Narcotic Drugs for sale.

Kyle Thomas Huggins, 50, of Kingman was booked into the Mohave County
Jail on the following charges: Poss. Dangerous Drugs for sale, Transportation of
dangerous drugs for sale, Poss. Narcotic Drugs for sale, Transport Narcotic
Drugs for sale.

Cheri Lynn Green, 67, of Kingman was booked into the Mohave County Jail on
the following charges: Poss. Dangerous Drugs for sale, Poss. Narcotic Drugs for
sale.
