The Mohave County Superior Court Clerk’s office is pleased to announce that attorneys and self-represented litigants are able to electronically file their new domestic relations
cases with the Court effective immediately. In December 2021, the Arizona Supreme Court issued an Administrative Order making eFiling mandatory for attorneys beginning
March 1, 2022 for documents filed into existing cases, and mandatory for new case filings by attorneys on June 1, 2022.

We have been the pilot court for the state, testing electronically submitted documents in family law matters and are now ready to roll the process out to the public. The Supreme Court does charge a nominal fee for the use of the eFiling portal, but it has received a positive response thus far locally as court customers appreciate the ability to conduct their court business remotely during the pandemic.

For information or questions regarding eFiling family law court documents, please contact the Clerk’s office at (928) 753-0713. To electronically file family law documents, visit the Court’s website at http://mohavecourts.az.gov/clerk/efiling.htm
