Fatal accident – Bullhead City

On Sunday, September 15th at approximately 1:20 a.m., Bullhead City Police and Fire crews were dispatched to a single vehicle rollover at Highway 68 and McCormick Boulevard.

     The male driver – 35-year-old Jamie Joseph Barr of Kingman, AZ – was traveling westbound on Highway 68, when he lost control and was ejected from the vehicle at the bottom of a dirt embankment. A medical helicopter landed at the scene and transported him to University Medical Center in Las Vegas, NV in critical condition. 

     Barr was pronounced deceased at the hospital on Wednesday, September 18th as a result of his injuries sustained in the collision.  
     Traffic investigators believe Barr was not wearing his seatbelt at the time of the collision.
