The Bullhead City Police Department is investigating a fatal accident.

     On Monday, August 12 at approximately 4:45 p.m., emergency crews responded to a two vehicle head-on collision at Highway 95 and Thunderstruck Drive.
Richard Eugene Harker, 54 of Bullhead City, was traveling northbound on the Highway in a Mercury Grand Marquis. For unknown reasons, he crossed into the oncoming lane of traffic and collided with a southbound Ford F-350 pickup truck.

     Harker was pronounced deceased on scene. The passenger in his vehicle, 40-year-old Rachel Ann Lukken of Bullhead City, was flown to University Medical Center in Las Vegas, NV with serious injuries. Both Harker and Lukken were not wearing their seatbelts.

     The driver of the Ford F-350, 41-year-old Stacey Mischelle Studer of Mohave Valley, was transported to Western Arizona Regional Medical Center by Bullhead City Fire paramedics.
