FATAL VEHICLE COLLISION – FORT MOHAVE

The Mohave County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a fatal vehicle collision that occurred on Tuesday, March 31. Deputies responded at approximately 11:31 PM to the area of S Vanderslice Rd. and E. Jamie Rd. in Fort Mohave following reports of an overturned UTV and a badly injured male subject.

Upon arrival, deputies initiated life-saving measures; however, medical personnel determined that the driver had already passed away. The victim has been identified as Robert Todd Hall, 57, of Fort Mohave.

Preliminary investigation findings indicate that the UTV struck a dumpster and overturned, leading to the driver’s arm being pinned beneath the vehicle. It has been noted that the driver was not wearing a helmet or any safety gear, nor was he buckled in at the time of the collision. Additionally, impairment is suspected to be a factor in this tragic incident.

The investigation is ongoing.
