Fentanyl Pills Seizure

KINGMAN, Arizona – October 4, 2023 – Bullhead City Police MAGNET (Mohave Area General Narcotic Enforcement Team) detectives, Kingman MAGNET detectives and MCSO (Mohave County Sheriff’s Office) deputies arrested Edwin Cady Soule Jr., 49, and Devin Ray Wiseman, 29, for transportation of narcotic drugs for sale.

     On Monday, October 2 at approximately 10:30 p.m., MCSO deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle occupied by Wiseman and Soule after observing several traffic violations in the area of Milepost 59 on I-40 in Kingman, Arizona. Soule was contacted and arrested for a misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear out of Bullhead City Municipal Court. Due to the suspicious behavior observed from the occupants, MCSO K-9 “Chase” was deployed and alerted to the odor of illegal narcotics on the vehicle. MCSO deputies found a large quantity of packaged counterfeit “M-30” pills containing fentanyl concealed in the vehicle. Bullhead City and Kingman MAGNET detectives responded to the scene and continued the investigation. A total of approximately 4,000 counterfeit “M-30” blue pills containing Fentanyl were seized during the incident.

     Soule and Wiseman were booked into the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.
