Carmine Charles Margiotta III, 24, and Jade Erin Virgin, 26, were arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.
Bullhead City Police spokeswoman Emily Fromelt said on Wednesday around 11:30 p.m., police responded to a motel in the 3100 block of Highway 95 for a report of a tenant having heavy and unauthorized foot traffic from her room.
Officers contacted three people in Wightman’s room. In plain view, officers could see several drug paraphernalia items.
A total of about 20.3 grams of methamphetamine, about 11.6 grams of heroin, about 0.8 grams of marijuana, approximately 1.3 grams of prescription narcotic Alprazolam pills and numerous drug paraphernalia items were located.
Fromelt said many of the paraphernalia items were consistent with the sales of drugs, including a digital scale and numerous baggies known to be used for individual purchase.
Margiotta and Virgin later released. Wightman was booked into the Mohave County jail in Kingman.
