Ben Hicks’ title is Holistic Health Practitioner, HHP. Graduated from the Natural Healing Institute of Naturopathy in Encinitas, CA in 2008 which included 200 hour Yoga Instructor & Body Movement Therapist certifications. Having taught yoga in CA since 2008 before moving and creating a full spectrum yoga program in Lake Havasu in 2010.  Offering and teaching not only daily classes but monthly workshops and meet ups that support the yoga and natural lifestyle. Ben continued his yoga education in India, completing a 300 hour program and later upgrading to RYT 500 and started a Yoga Teacher Training program teaching Traditional Hatha Yoga in 2015. Ben is a licensed, insured Yoga instructor, registered with Yoga Alliance and has over 8,000 hours of teaching experience. Ben Hicks Yoga is a RYS  200 Registered School of Yoga, as well as YCEP  with ongoing classes and continuing education.

In addition to teaching yoga, Ben Hicks practices wellness modalities including Energy Work, Integrative Massage Therapy, Herbal Medicine, Nutrition Counseling, & Private Yoga Instruction. Certifications include Movement Therapist, RYT 500, LMT licensed in AZ & CA, as well as Holistic Health Practitioner from the Natural Healing Institute of Naturopathy.

Modalities or specialties include, NCBTMB Education Provider, Reiki Master, Sports Massage, Thai massage, deep tissue massage, Jin Shin Jyutsu, Cranio Sacral Therapy, Cupping, Reflexology, Tai Chi & Qi Gong).  “My goal is to enhance the lives of others through education, positive experiences and by adding value to other people’s lives.”
