5:42 pm – The accident was on I-40 going east bound near mile marker 141.

5:47 pm -. It was reported that the driver who caused the hit and run accident is still on the move and continuing to head east bound.

5:48 pm – Police have identified the vehicle as a white mini van.

5:50 pm – The driver of the White Mini Van almost just caused another accident with a Semi Truck.

5:55 pm – Police have located the vehicle and are assessing the situation now.
