HOMICIDE INVESTIGATION- KINGMAN

Mohave County Sheriff’s Office Detectives are investigating a homicide that occurred on Sunday (3/3). At approximately 11:28 AM, Deputies responded to the 3100 block of Butler Ave. in reference to a female victim with a gunshot wound. Deputies arrived on scene and observed that the female victim, identified as Marie Ann Noelani Garcia (30 of Kingman) was deceased. Detectives were called to assume the investigation.

Detectives have identified Nicholas Ray Volk, 32 of Kingman, as the suspect in this incident. The investigation revealed that Volk left the scene in a tan Jeep, which has been located. Volk should be considered armed and dangerous.
