Upon arrival, Deputies located the body of a female that was confirmed deceased. A male subject was also located on the property that had injuries consistent with being assaulted. Two other subjects were present that lived on the property at this location.
Detectives responded to the scene and assumed the investigation. The investigation revealed that Justin James Jarvy (33) and Michelle Bock-Caswell (32) were living together at this address. Jarvy and Bock- Caswell had gotten into an altercation and Bock-Caswell began yelling for help. The two residents living in a separate residence on the property heard the victim yelling for help and went to her aid. The two subjects began yelling at Jarvy to get off the victim, however he refused and the victim was unresponsive. One of the two subjects got into a physical altercation with Jarvy to keep him away from the victim. Jarvy then began threatening the two subjects.
Deputies arrived on scene and Jarvy was detained. Medical personnel arrived on scene, however Bock- Caswell was pronounced deceased on scene. Jarvy was transported to Kingman Regional Medical Center for treatment of injuries received while being removed from the victim. Jarvy was released from the hospital and transported to the Mohave County Adult Detention Center where he was booked for 2nd Degree Murder.
