Kingman, Arizona – A popular Kingman hotel & restaurant will be auctioned off to the highest bidder according to court filings last week. The distressed property temporarily closed for two months last year amid financial difficulties. The company, Golden Crown Properties, filed for bankruptcy in the US Bankruptcy Court Central District of California – Riverside Division in May of 2018. Company debts were listed at more than $5.1-million in the bankruptcy filing. Mohave County tax records show the property is delinquent on more than $42,000 in property taxes.
