1:22 pm – Police have received a call regarding a subject who had just fallen and had blood all over his head and neck.

1:23 pm – The subject is being described as a white male with no shirt and orange and green shorts on.

1:24 pm – It was reported that the male was highly intoxicated and acting erratic. This incident occurred on Lee avenue and 5th street.

1:27 pm – The male was up and walking and is now behind the Circle K in the alleyway.

1:29 pm – Police are en route.
