KHI Board announces leadership change at KRMC

Kingman, Arizona, June 21, 2022 – The Board of Directors of Kingman Healthcare Inc. (KHI) today announced a leadership change at Kingman Regional Medical Center (KRMC). Effective immediately, Will McConnell is no longer with KRMC as Chief Executive Officer. The KHI Board of Directors will engage a recruiting firm to fill the CEO role as soon as possible.

For now, KRMC’s senior leadership team will guide the organization until further plans can be made.

The team includes Jim Wells, Interim Vice President of Operations; Dr. Gregory Nelcamp, Chief Medical Officer, Chris Dimambro, Chief Financial Officer; Brett Mello, Chief Information Officer; Kim Flanders, Vice President of Physician Services; Leslie Martin, Interim Chief Nursing Officer; Anita Harger, Chief Human Resources Officer; and Cheryl Porter, Chief Compliance Officer.

According to Krystal Burge, KHI Board Chairman, “The KHI Board has full confidence in the professionalism of KRMC’s staff and in their commitment to providing excellent patient care while we work to fill the CEO position.”
