July 10, 2019, Kingman, AZ – Big Industrial, LLC., a prominent National Industrial Real Estate
Investment Firm announces the acquisition of the 620,000 sq. ft. Knauf Insulation Facility
located in the Kingman Airport Industrial Park and will offer it for lease to regional and national
firms.

Located at 4200 North Industrial Blvd. the new KINGMAN LOGISTICAL CENTER will offer
distribution and manufacturing companies up to 620,000 sq. ft. of contemporary industrial space.
The facility is situated on a 40-acre rail served site. Industrial utilities and amenities are
substantial and can support most industrial users.

Mr. Dan Smith, SIOR, mentioned that: “We have been invested in the Kingman area for nearly
20 years so when this property became available it made strategic sense to acquire, upgrade and
offer it to the manufacturing/warehousing community for regional projects considering an
alternative southern California option in Arizona. It is our desire to assist in the generation of
new employment and new capital investment opportunities within the industrial park.”
The facility has operated as a warehouse/distribution center since Guardian’s (Knauf’s
predecessor) production ceased.  Big Industrial will immediately begin to upgrade the facility
with additional docks, trailer parking and site improvements. The Company will also expand the
facility and make further improvements as needed.
