**Kingman Police Seeks the Public’s Assistance in Identifying a Male Shoplift Suspect **

The Kingman Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a male shoplift suspect.  The suspect is described as a white male in his 20’s, with short brown hair wearing a red shirt, blue jeans, and dark colored shoes.

On Thursday, September 17th at approximately 3:00 p.m., the Kingman Police Department responded to Walmart located at 3396 N. Stockton Hill Rd. in reference to a shoplift that had just occurred. The male subject entered the store and selected merchandise from store shelves before he proceeded to the self-check-out.  Investigators were able to determine that the suspect does not ring all items in the shopping cart.  The suspect was stopped by loss prevention, but the male suspect ran from loss prevention employees before getting into the passenger side of an older model unknown color sedan in the parking lot. The suspect was gone prior to police arrival and was not located.
