Aggravated Assault x4 and Leaving the Scene of an Injury Accident**

On Saturday, September 16th, at about 4:45pm, the Kingman Police Department arrested Vincent Gary Ingrassi, 18 of Kingman on the felony charges of Aggravated Assault x4 and Leaving the Scene of an Injury Accident.  At 1:40pm Officers responded to the 3200blk of Airway Avenue for a report of an injury hit and run accident.  Upon arrival officers found that an all-terrain vehicle driven by a 32-year-old female and occupied by an 8-year-old male, a 4-year-old female and a 7-year-old female had been struck by a four-door sedan cause the all-terrain vehicle to roll approximately twice. The driver and the two female passengers were ejected.  The four-door sedan became inoperable and the driver fled the scene on foot.  The license plate of the sedan returned to a family member of Ingrassi’s and officers were able to locate Ingrassi a short time later in a different vehicle in the area of Airway Avenue and Wagon Wheel Drive.  Ingrassi was arrested and admitted his involvement, he was booked into the Mohave County Adult Detention Facility.  The driver and two female occupants were transported to Kingman Regional Medical Center with serious injuries.

**Sexual Assault**

On Monday, September 18th, at about 8:50pm, the Kingman Police Department arrested Pedro Cruz Madril, 46 of San Tan Valley AZ on the felony charge of Sexual Abuse.  Officers responded to a business in the 4400blk of North Stockton Hill Road for a report of a sexual assault that had occurred and the suspect was still on scene.  Upon arrival officers located Madril who was in the parking lot. Investigation revealed that Madril had placed his hand up the victim’s skirt touching her groin area without the victim’s consent.  Madril admitted responsibility and was booked into the Mohave County Adult Detention Facility on the above charge.
