Possession of Dangerous Drugs, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of a Stolen Firearm, and Felony
Warrant
On Friday, September 1st at about 12:20pm, the Kingman Police Department arrested Guadalupe Gregoria Martinez- Orozco, 31 of Kingman on the felony charges of Possession of Dangerous Drugs, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and a Felony Warrant. Also arrested was Adam Leroy Ingram, 24 of Kingman on the felony charges of Possession of Dangerous Drugs, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of a Stolen Firearm, Possession of a Firearm During a Drug Offense and Prohibited Possessor of a Firearm. Officers responded to a business in the 3100blk of Stockton Hill Road for a report of a person slumped over the wheel of a parked vehicle. Upon arrival officers located Martinez-Orozco behind the wheel of the vehicle, and Ingram in the front passenger seat. When Martinez-Orozco and Ingram were asked to exit the vehicle drug paraphernalia was located in plain view. Martinez-Orozco was placed under arrest and search incident to arrest dangerous drugs were located on her person. Ingram was placed under arrest and was found to be in possession of a concealed weapon. Both Martinez-Orozco and Ingram were booked into the Mohave County Adult Detention Facility.
**Aggravated Assault on a Minor**
On Tuesday, September 5th at about 4:00pm, the Kingman Police Department arrested Jimmie Ray Hicks, 39 of Las Vegas on the felony charge of Aggravated Assault on a Minor. Officers responded to a park in the 2000blk of Detroit Avenue for a report of a physical assault that had just occurred. Upon arriving officers located the 14-year-old victim who said that they had witnessed a fight earlier and the father of one of the people in the fight had assaulted them. Hicks was contacted on a traffic stop in the area and arrested. Hicks admitted his involvement in the offense and was booked into the Mohave County Adult Detention Facility.
