KINGMAN–Four new officers have joined the Kingman Police force after graduating Friday at the Western Arizona Law Enforcement Training Academy in Lake Havasu City. Pictured left to right are Deputy Chief Rusty Cooper, Officer Francisco Alonso, Officer Tyler Freeman, Officer Trent Meins, Officer Kevin Loi and Deputy Chief Evan Kunert.
