Kingman, Arizona, October 28, 2019 – On Wednesday, October 30, Kingman Regional Medical Center (KRMC) will debut its new telemedicine service, KRMC Care Anywhere, in partnership with Zipnosis™.

KRMC Care Anywhere allows patients with common, easily treatable conditions to get care online with their smartphones (or a desktop computer). Patients can communicate with a provider through the convenient web-based platform – without the need for an office visit.

Insurance is not required to use KRMC Care Anywhere, and the fee is just $20 per visit.

To get care, users must register at, then complete a questionnaire about their condition and symptoms.

A KRMC medical provider is notified and will review the input. If KRMC Care Anywhere is appropriate for the patient and condition, the provider will send diagnosis and treatment information through the platform. If the treatment requires a prescription, the provider will send orders to the patient’s chosen pharmacy.

In some cases, the patient cannot receive care through the platform due to the complexity of the case or any underlying conditions.

In these cases, the platform will notify the user that an in-person visit is needed, and the user will not be charged for a visit.

KRMC Care Anywhere is available Monday-Friday from 7:00am – 5:00pm. During those operating hours, patients can expect a response including a diagnosis and treatment plan within one hour of requesting care.
