Kingman, Arizona, June 2, 2020 – Kingman Regional Medical Center (KRMC) is pleased to welcome Jennifer Shade, FNP-C to the KRMC Primary Care team at the KRMC Hualapai Mountain Campus.

As a family nurse practitioner, Jennifer Shade provides care to patients of all ages. She treats a range of conditions – from acute illness, like cold and flu, to chronic disease, such as diabetes.

Shade has been with Kingman Regional Medical Center throughout her 10-year nursing career. She has provided medical care to emergency room patients and in interventional radiology.

Ready to move into preventive care and help patients manage chronic conditions, Shade decided to continue her education with Chamberlain College of Nursing. She became a nurse practitioner in 2019.

She draws on her nursing experience to shape her approach to patient care. “I want to maintain open communication with my patients,” she says. She emphasizes the importance of patient education – making sure patients understand their condition and treatment options so they can make informed decisions about their health.
