  1. My neighbor had there hyundai broken into by somebody trying to steal it. The dogs started barking and whomever it was ran off. I guess they came back and broke lock on door and on steering column the second time. I rarely see a police car cruising around our area. We have called and complained about the speeders in their cars but nothing happens. The night of that accident where 2 teenage girls got killed on louise st. I watched them speed by my house twice. They were racing with a black pickup the second time they went by was the fatal trip the wreck happened, I was the last person to see them alive and once again racing that black pickup. There has been 3 accidents on Eastern all because of speeding. Why the speed limit is 35 on a residential street is beyond me. so now we have car thief’s running around? I guess they got the message if you can speed no cops are around.
