FORT MOHAVE–LifePoint Health and RCCH HealthCare Partners have completed their merger, the company announced on Friday.
As part of the LifePoint network, Havasu Regional Medical Center will now be connected to an even stronger network of community hospitals, regional health systems, physician practices, outpatient centers and post-acute facilities that spans throughout 30 states. The merger will allow more opportunities to grow and thrive in the rapidly evolving, competitive healthcare landscape.
Even with the new merger, the hospital does not foresee any changes in patient access to the hospitals or healthcare providers, with operations and dedication to patients, employees, physicians and community remaining the same.
People throughout the Colorado River region can continue to count on the hospitals committed staff and physicians at Havasu Regional Medical Center to provide excellent care that makes our community healthier, the statement read.
LifePoint Health also oversees the operations of Valley View Medical Center in Fort Mohave.
