KINSTON, North Carolina — Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Rangers from BLM Arizona’s Phoenix, Gila, and Colorado River districts have been deployed to North Carolina as part of a Department of Interior team assisting with Hurricane Florence response efforts. Currently, the team is based out of Kinston, N.C. and is working with state and local urban search and rescue teams that have traveled from around the country to aid their fellow Americans. Heavy rainfall and flooding continues along the Carolina’s. There have been 11 reported deaths related to the Hurricane. (PHOTO CONTRIBUTED)
