Mohave County Sheriff’s Office Deputies arrested Kelly Kathleen Caldwell, 59 of Bullhead City, for
Marijuana Possession, Dangerous Drug Possession, Dangerous Drug Possession for Sale, Narcotic Drug
Possession, Narcotic Drug Possession for Sale, Drug Paraphernalia Possession, all felonies, and six active
arrest warrants. On Saturday (12/7) at approximately 4:28 AM, deputies observed a vehicle travelling north
on Highway 95 and a records check revealed Caldwell was the registered owner of the vehicle. The records
check also revealed Caldwell’s active warrants and a traffic stop was conducted on the vehicle. Deputies
made contact with the driver and sole occupant of the vehicle, identified as Caldwell, and detained her for
her active warrants. A search of the vehicle was conducted, and deputies located multiple purses and bags
containing illegal drugs, prescription pills, and drug paraphernalia. In total, the stop resulted in a find of 21
grams of methamphetamine, 11 grams of marijuana, 14 Oxycodone pills, 3 Xanax pills, a scale, plastic
baggies, and other assorted drug paraphernalia. Kelly Kathleen Caldwell was arrested and booked into
Mohave County Adult Detention Facility without incident.
