On Tuesday, October 15, 2019, at approximately 3:06 PM, several units were dispatched to the 1200 block of Wilson Rd for a reported structure fire. Ladder 711s crew was first to arrive on the scene, reporting a double-wide mobile with heavy black smoke showing under the carport area.  Firefighters quickly pulled an attack line, making entry into the residence for search and rescue, confirming that no one was inside of the home.  Battalion Chief Livermore arrived assuming command reporting heavy fire on the roof was increasing and ordered the interior crews to back out and take a defensive approach.  Crews were able to utilize the aerial master stream on Ladder 711 to extinguish the fire burning on the rooftop knocking the blaze down and gaining control of the fire.  MEC and Southwest gas arrived on the scene securing the utilities as crews began the overhaul process.  Fire investigators arrived on the scene, and the cause of the fire remains under investigation at this time. No injuries were reported during the incident; however, a female occupant was treated for difficulty breathing and declined transport.
