Most significant community cleanup effort on record

On February 8th, 2023, over 20 people representing five organizations teamed up to remove over 10,588 pounds of trash and participate in possibly the most significant community cleanup effort on record in rural desert terrain north of Pierce Ferry Road, Dolan Springs, AZ. The cleanup was facilitated by the Bureau of Land Management’s Kingman Field Office in cooperation with the Cactus Cleaners (Dolan Springs/Golden Valley) volunteer organizations, Arizona Game & Fish Department, Dolan Springs Trail Association, Mohave County ERACE, Dolan Springs Community Council, and the Kingman Clean City Commission.
