Mother & Daughter Arrested for Drug Sales

The Bullhead City Police Department and MAGNET (Mohave Area General Narcotic Enforcement Team) Detectives, with assistance from the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office, recently conducted a traffic stop in the 10000 block of Gold Lane in Mohave Valley. Detectives had information that Amber Breanne Nowak, 31, was transporting and selling drugs in the Tri-State area.

During the traffic stop, Amber and her mother, Kimberly Rose Nowak, 54, were found to be in possession of approximately 7.6 grams of methamphetamine in a makeup organizer, which also contained drug paraphernalia and items related to illegal drugs sales. Amber and Kimberly were transported to Bullhead City Police Department booking facility where Amber was found to be in possession of approximately 3.7 ounces of concealed packaged powder fentanyl.

They were arrested for transportation of dangerous drugs for sale and transportation of narcotic drugs for sale. Additionally, Amber Nowak was charged with promoting prison contraband and tampering with physical evidence. They were both booked into the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.
