The employees of locally operated COIT Cleaning and Restoration graciously donated two enormous 18′ X 12′ flags to the Anderson Auto Group Fieldhouse.   The idea for the generous gift was formed from the staff attending the Jo-Dee Messina concert in the Spring and didn’t see a flag flying. The team got together the following week and decided to take action.  Working with COIT’s management and ownership the crew got two flags ordered to be custom stitched for event center.  Due to COVID strains on the supply chains it took a little longer than they had hoped. 6 months later they were able to visit the flags flying high during a high school football game at the beginning of October.  At yesterday’s CRUHSD board meeting Rich Lettman of COIT was able to speak about their donation to the board. “This is a gift for the fieldhouse from our employees” he said “We love the fieldhouse and we love the schools here, and I love the patriots that work for me.  This is more from them than it is from me”.  He was showered with applause as this act of kindness and generosity for the event center will be a symbol of our community coming together to accomplish another great thing.
