Effective June 2022, water and wastewater billing has been combined into one billing statement for the ease of payment and convenience of having one statement. Customers that formerly received two bills (one for water and one for wastewater) will continue to be billed for water usage on their normal statement. Customers who pay for wastewater service only, will receive a newly revised wastewater billing statement with new options to pay online, over the phone, or in person.

Note to all Tenants & Landlords: Landlords and tenants should communicate with each other on who is responsible for paying the monthly bills.
