Kingman AZ- Lake Havasu City Police Department will be conducting an investigation into an officer involved shooting that occurred on Saturday (10/10). At approximately 10:42 PM, Mohave County Sheriff’s Office responded to a welfare check in the 4200 block of Irving St. in reference to a possibly suicidal male subject.

While responding, dispatch received several calls of neighbors hearing gunshots come from the residence. Upon arrival, the male subject was observed outside the residence, and the male subject then fired a weapon at deputies. At that time, SWAT was activated to respond to the residence.
