One Dead In Early Morning Fire

FORT MOHAVE — An unidentified person died early Thursday morning after their travel trailer went up in flames. 

The fire happened around 4 a.m. in the 4500 block of Patina Road in Fort Mohave. 

Fort Mojave Mesa Fire Department spokesman James Kartinen confirmed the fatality, but did not disclose any additional information citing ongoing investigation. 

Bullhead City Fire also assisted in the extinguishing of the fire. 

No additional injuries were reported.

  1. The man that died was my friend he was a really good person he never did anything to anyone. Just an elderly man that minded his own business very kind.

    • Was the body identified? We are trying to find out if it was my cousin.
