Parks and Recreation After School Program

The Parks and Recreation Department is providing working parents and guardians with a safe and convenient after school option for their children. The program will help working parents whose children are in need of additional supervision during the school week.

The After School Program starts on Monday, August 2, at each of the LHUSD Elementary Sites for participants in Kindergarten through 6th grade. The program starts at 2:30 p.m. Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and 1:00 p.m. on Thursdays. Participants must be picked up by 6:00 p.m. each day.

Participants are placed in squads according to the grade they are currently enrolled in. There is physical activities along with other game opportunities and snacks are provided. Please visit our website for session pricing.
