Police ID’d Rotary Park Drowning Victim

BULLHEAD CITY—Authorities have released the identity of a man who was found dead along the shoreline of Rotary Park last week. 

Bullhead City Police spokeswoman Emily Fromelt said the victim is Jeffrey Michael Carr, 59, a transient. 

On May 29, police were called to Rotary Park for a report of a deceased man found in the Colorado River. 

People fishing from the shore found him, said Fromelt.

The Mohave County Medical Examiner responded and advised there was no signs of trauma.
