LAKE HAVASU CITY–Authorities are investigating numerous reports of graffiti being sprayed on several structures and surfaces around the Lake Havasu City community.
The incidents reportedly took place between June 8 and June 10, said Lake Havasu City Police spokesman Tom Gray.
“The graffiti was painted in blue, black, yellow or white spray paint,” said Gray. “The letters “RONE” along with the numbers “702” and other vulgarities were spray painted at the various locations.”
The locations included commercial buildings and a dumpster in the 2800 block of Sweetwater Avenue, construction material in the area of Fremont Drive and Fremont Lane along with concrete structures and garbage cans around Rotary Community Park. Utility boxes, telephone poles, commercial buildings and fencing on London Bridge Road near Countryshire Avenue were also “tagged.”
A business in the 1500 block of Industrial Boulevard and a storm drain in the area of Paseo Del Sol were also spray painted with graffiti, Gray said.
