KINGMAN–RE/MAX Prestige Properties, a locally owned and operated RE/MAX franchise in Kingman, was nationally recognized by qualifying for the annual REAL Trends 500 survey, which ranks the performance of the top residential real estate brokerage firms around the country.
Brokerages needed to close a minimum of 500 transaction sides in 2017 to qualify and RE/MAX Prestige placed at 33 out of 1,750 brokerages nationwide, averaging 33.1 transactions per agent.
“RE/MAX means real estate,” said Dwayne Patterson, broker/owner, of RE/MAX Prestige Properties. “Qualifying for the REAL Trends 500 is an extraordinary honor and a testament to the dedication of the RE/MAX Prestige Properties team. It’s a privilege to be included in this elite list and a pleasure to assist homebuyers and sellers with some of most important decisions of their lives.”
For example, said Patterson, 2017 was a very successful year for RE/MAX Prestige Properties.
“The RE/MAX franchise grew its sales volume to $200 Million in sales, a nearly 20 percent increase over 2016. RE/MAX Prestige Properties also was awarded the Brokerage of the Year award by RE/MAX, LLC.”
“Real estate is a very competitive business and we’re proud of RE/MAX Prestige Properties for its outstanding professionalism and commitment to raising the bar in real estate,” said RE/MAX Chief Executive Officer Adam Contos. “The real measure of success is customer satisfaction and that’s why year in and year out, homebuyers and sellers turn to RE/MAX to help them with one of life’s biggest investments.”
Associates affiliated with the RE/MAX network regularly average double the number of transaction sides per agent when compared with competitors in the annual survey of large brokerages. RE/MAX agents averaged 17.0 transaction sides in the 2017 REAL Trends 500 while agents with competitors averaged 7.5.
