Repurposed Materials Inc (RPM), located at 5295 Lakewood Dr Fort Mohave, AZ 86426 celebrated their ribbon cutting on Tuesday, April 20th with guests from across the community. RPM is a unique “green” business. As their tag line says, “re-using by repurposing byproducts and waste of industry.” They sell materials that have reached the end of their life cycle in one industry to be repurposed into something awesome in another. America’s largest industrial thrift store” is how Damon Carson, President of RPM. enthusiastically describes his business. The company deals with all kinds of materials and inventories. They especially love materials that can be “repurposed”!

What  is “repurposing”? It is taking a byproduct or waste stream such as retired hang glider sails and repurposing it as a shade in a backyard. It is taking a decommissioned fire hose and giving it an extended life as a protector for crane lifting equipment. It is taking a vinyl billboard and turning it into a slip n slide, or covering for hay.

Having warehouses and yards in several states, including Arizona, Colorado, Iowa, and South Carolina, they are eager to pursue opportunities nationwide! They look forward to being a resource for any byproduct, waste, inventory, or equipment that would be a candidate for “repurposing”! Items that have been depreciated out, over ordered on a job or inventory from a project that was canceled are the perfect items to be repurposed. Anyone can purchase from RPM. Come for one or two items, or buy it all.

We at the Bullhead Area Chamber of Commerce welcome Repurposed Materials Inc into our community and congratulate them on all the hard work put forth in the tri-state area. You can visit their showroom or view their website at find out more.
